Workshops are great ways to actively challenge, share, learn, and gain insights. Many times the learning from within workshops are from the least expected sources, that were afforded an environment to participate and make active contributions.
Within Management we understand the concept of working ‘on the business’ instead of ‘in the business’, I like to think of workshops as a ‘bite sized’ chunk of that philosophy.
Getting people out of their routine for a short period, parking their preoccupations for a while, to allow them pick up meaningful issues, and in a positive spirited manner, empower them to make significant contributions to the organisation.
Success is a process of discovery and respectfully challenging each other to achieve the best outcome helps us deliver results.
