My online website has served as an extended business card for many years, outlining services offered to clients.
Like many, almost all my work has been driven by word of mouth and repeat customers.
However, the website needed an overhaul, as it has been unloved for too long. Upgrading the website has been an interesting exercise. Technology has moved on, mobile platforms are prevalent, and having a site that can seamlessly straddle whatever device you are accessing it from is essential.
The content is important, particularly as it is possible to access cursory information online these days, so what to put in, what to leave out, what might be of value, and what is just noise? I have attempted to include content that ideally will reflect not only the service offered, but also a sense of the person behind the business, and how interventions are likely to progress.
The upgraded site showcases the full range of services offered and gives insights through actual case studies where clients have been stuck, and how, through assistance and interventions they have got past problems to achieve better results.
The site is easy to get around, framed around who what why how, responses to queries that you might have and has a range of information, both through the blogs and links to LinkedIn and other media platforms. It is my intention to keep it alive by actively posting blogs which really reflect issues that come up during my work with colleagues and clients.
Although the industries and activities I’ve been involved with are varied, the common thread with my clients is their motivation for change, and their willingness to stay the course. Those that have these attributes generate the best outcomes.
So, I welcome you to this site, and welcome any feedback for further improvements, or things that might be useful to blog about in the future.
The data within this website is all based on actual offerings and engagements, and I would be happy to field enquiries about any of them or assist you with similar challenges.
As an executive, my preference was always for my team to learn from external resources, so they would be able to take on tasks themselves in the future. For this reason, my emphasis is on coaching. However, as you will see from the case studies, that in many instances, I have taken the lead and delivered outcomes in a more direct way.
Thank you for visiting the site, and hopefully you find it useful, and maybe I can be of service to you in the future.
